The opening
Raw Instinct opens as a cold squeeze of bergamot against the skin — not sugary, not cologne-loud, more like night air after rain on stone. Pink pepper flashes once, then the formula turns mineral.
The heart is lavender treated as smoke rather than soap, with geranium and dry sage keeping it taut. There is no sweetness here; the composition stays upright, like a coat collar turned against the wind.
On skin
Drydown is the reason it lasts: vetiver, ambroxan, cedar, and a soft leather that reads on a scarf the next morning. Projection is confident for two to three hours, then it sits close — a private trail, not a room-filler.
Wear it on pulse points and the inside of a jacket. It prefers warm skin and evening cloth. If you want a polite office citrus, this is not that bottle.
